What is Z2 gel used for?

When should you take Z2 gel?

You can take it pre-exercise (15 to 20 minutes before) and during exercise (every 20-40 minutes), depending on the duration (over 1 hour) or intensity.

How long does it take to take effect?

In general, the effects begin within 5 to 15 minutes after ingesting the gel. This depends on absorption time through the gastrointestinal system, which varies according to metabolism, gut health, and physical conditions, such as hydration and fatigue levels.

Which gel should you choose?

Generally, you can start by choosing based on flavor preference.
